Do you feel like every conversation turns into a misunderstanding? Does it seem like you're drifting instead of growing together? Unsolved problems in relationships don’t just disappear with time—they quietly grow roots. When left unaddressed, they can erode trust, fuel resentment, and create emotional distance. This can be painful and confusing, but it doesn't mean it's the end — it’s a signal that something important needs attention. The good news is, with the right tools and willingness, you can find your way back to each other.

Experience

As a therapist with over a decade of experience, I create a space where both partners can be seen, heard, and supported. My work focuses on helping couples improve communication, manage stress, and stay emotionally connected, even in the busiest seasons of life. Together, we’ll explore what’s underneath the tension, realign your shared goals, and bring clarity and calm back to your relationship. With a blend of evidence-based practices and compassionate conversation, I help couples move from feeling overwhelmed and distant to grounded and intentional — in marriage, parenting, and self.

Ideals

In her therapeutic approach Laura combines evidence-based techniques. She creates a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings openly. Her goal is to empower clients to develop coping strategies, enhance self-awareness, and achieve their personal and relationship goals. With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, Laura works collaboratively with partners to foster understanding and emotional connection.

Outside of therapy, Laura enjoys outdoor activities with her family, physical activity, meditation and reading. She believes in the importance of self-care and strives to incorporate these practices into her own life, which informs her work with clients.
